	Elizabeth Fry, President and CEO A real estate veteran since 1981, Elizabeth Fry obtained her California Broker’s License in 1986. After a successful career at a variety of real estate firms in Solano County, Elizabeth opened Showcase Properties in 1994 and is widely recognized as one of the most experienced real estate brokers in Solano County, and other parts of Northern California as well. She has a “hands on approach” to business and oversees the work of all team members. Elizabeth has specialized in ranch and farm properties since 1986. Elizabeth is a member of the Board of Directors of the Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF). Formed in 2003, VPEF has raised in excess of $1,500,000 for the benefit of students attending schools in the Vacaville Unified School District. She and Showcase Properties are major contributors. Elizabeth also co-founded the Solano Midnight Sun Foundation (SMSF) in the spring of 2004 and serves on the Board of Directors. In just four short years, SMSF has raised in excess of $250,000. The money is used to assist Solano County breast cancer victims who also are enduring financial hardships because of the disease. Elizabeth and her husband, Mark Shaw are outdoor enthusiast and have many interest. They are the proud parents of three children. 	Bryant Stocking Bryant joined Showcase Properties in August of 2005 after and he and his brother Curtis sold BC Stocking, long recognized as one of Solano County premiere business firms. At one time the largest distributors of Chevron lubricant products in the nation, the company was family owned since 1961. BC Stocking was widely recognized for its community involvement. It contributed both time and money to countless numbers of worthwhile endeavors over the years. Real estate was something definitely not new to Bryant. He handled his first real estate transaction at age 19, and over the years he has negotiated all real estate transactions for BC Stocking and his family. “I have bought, sold, leveraged and used many properties,” he says. “It’s something I’ve always liked to do.” Since August of 2005, Bryant has put numerous transactions together which required specialized knowledge and expertise. Bryant’s wife, Barbara is also a sales associates and works closely with Bryant. They are the proud parents of 3 boys. Bryant is considered by many to be a world-class hunter, and has gained an outstanding reputation for taking novice hunters on “first buck” expeditions. 	Todd Renfrew After graduating from Princeton University, Showcase Broker Associate Todd Renfrew worked in the telecommunications industry and was there for 20 years before joining Showcase Properties. Todd’s interests and Cabela’s Trophy Properties go hand in hand. Todd grew up hunting, fishing, scuba diving and surfing. In 1992, he took a leave of absence from the telecommunications field and purchased a 700-acre ranch in Redding. He ran his own cows and worked for a neighbor who had a 8000-acre ranch and about 2,500 head of cattle. Although Todd sold the ranch, he still runs cows and horses on leased land in Vacaville. Todd earned his Brokers license in 2005 and has devoted 100% of his time into marketing and selling ranch properties all over Northern California. 	Rick Ungerecht Retired after 36 years of executive management experience with Pacific Bell/SBC and Qwest Communications. During his years in the telecommunications field, Rick held a variety of engineering and sales management positions. He was heavily involved in dealing with regulatory agencies and in coordinating commercial leases. “This background has given me a great platform for the real estate business,” he says. Rick moved to Southern California with his family when he was only four. In 1970 he moved to Northern California and has been in Vacaville since 1988. Wife Candy is also an agent at Showcase and works closely with Rick. Rick hunts both duck and dove and is an avid scuba diver.
